Been having a problem with a tooth about a week , early yesterday it decided to get angry and turn into a full blown tooth ache , Dr .David Riley is my Dentist , known him thirty plus years , called the office and was in with Dr. Riley in about Three hours ..... we discussed my options at length and I always hit him up with , “ if it was you , what would you do ? “ I always put him on the spot and he smiles and tells me straight up . We decided to pull it , well , after some shots , LOTS of shot
