Bad practice
They are on my insurance panel but made me prepay for everything. Said it would take two months to verify my insurance benefits? Also definitely not a practice for anyone with dental anxiety. The elderly dentist is really quite agitated and uses scare tactics.

Almost everyone on staff was kind except the main dentist, who I can only assume was Mr. Spangler. This guy approached us while calming our frightened, crying son, who has some historic medical setting anxiety due to surgeries, and said Yeah, this isn't going to happen today. We're not set up to take care of this. You'll have to take him to a pediatric dentist or something. Or you can wait 6 months, but this isn't happening today. You've GOT to be kidding. NOT a family dentist in any fashion.
