I had a terrible past experience years ago with a dentist in which I was TERRIFIED to seek the care of another dentist-but the care team, Britney, Tammy, and Dr. Joseph Sutton of Newport Family Dental Care made me feel so at ease! They explained everything they were going to do before they did it and it is rare to find a care-team with such good "chair-side manners". I have a lot of dental work left to be done...but I have confidence in Dr. Joseph and his team and I do not want to go elsewhere!

This is the most unprofessional Dental Practice I have ever experienced. One of the front office staff checked on my insurance coverage and told me I was not covered for a procedure I was scheduled for. She also insisted that I had decay in my teeth that i did not. When I asked her to confirm this decay with the Dr she became defensive and snotty that I dare question her. As it turns out, she was wrong. Don't question them about anything because in their eyes they cannot do anything wrong!
