Dr. Deborah Vincent, DMD

This dentist and her staff are not friendly to patients. As I was checking in one day, the office staff was talking badly about a patient that just left - in the ear shot of a new patient. (me) It made me wonder what they'd say about me after I left. The dentist is not welcoming to the patient and the overall vibe of the office is negative. Go find another dentist where they and their staff care about patients and aren't two faced.

Everyone in the office was super friendly! From check in to the hygienist- I loved Allison, she was so friendly and put me at ease, to Dr. Vincent and checking out. The dentist gives me anxiety and I put off going for a while. So glad I went today!

my husband, who is awaiting a kidney transplant, was told he would need to get any surgeries out of the way pre transplant. his medicare company referred him to dr. Vincent who agreed to help him get dentures. she sent him to a dental surgeon an hour away who did a great job extracting all his uppers and getting his mouth ready for dentures. naturally he had to wait several weeks before getting fitted for dentures. at last the day came and he went back to dr. vencint for the fitting only to be told that she had changed her mind and would not do them because she wouldn't make enough money from his insurance! my husband was left in the lurch and he came back home and contacted his insurance co who turned dr. Vincent over to medicare. great way to treat seniors!

Awful will never go back

I'm a big chicken in the dentist office. Dr. Vincent took extra steps to make sure I knew what she was doing at all times, which I really appreciated. She has a caring and friendly disposition, easy to talk to, and definately put me at ease during a time I would tend to be a bit anxious! Great staff too!
