Dr. Deepak Sachdev, DDS

I've been a patient for over 10 years. 18 months ago, Dr Sachdev fitted me for an upper partial denture because of two broken teeth. During the first appointment, I asked if my broken teeth needed removal. He said, 'No.' My mold was prepared, and I returned for the wax try-in. However, when the finished denture was inserted, it was too big and fell out of my mouth. Dr. Sachdev took the denture to a side room and added two extra teeth. He never explained why the lab didn't include those teeth in the first place. When he put the denture in my mouth, it was still too big and now had painful clumps of dental material on the inside, where it rested against my gums. Dr. Sachdev said I would 'adjust' to the pain. After weeks of trying to 'adjust,' I realized the denture was unusable. My insurance company said to give him a chance to fix the problem. Big Mistake! When I returned to his office, he said the denture didn't fit because I needed the two teeth extracted! I will NEVER go back.

What kind of dentist office runs out of filling materiel & doesn't even know it until after you have been pumped full of Novocaine?This one does,& I had to return to have work finished when they restocked.Tools weren't ready,didn't suction me until I was drowning.To top it off Dr. Sachdev basically said that I got the treatment I deserve since I have Denti-Cal.His exact words were that running out of material "happens", & that he won't take my kind anymore since I complained about it.

Over my life span I've seen many dentists. Dr Sachdev is by far one of the best. It starts with his staff. Easy to make appointments. No long wait times for an appointment or when you have an appointment. I've changed insurances twice due to job changes and they've always made the change easy.
