The Absolute Best

Dr. Robinson’s office is always pristine. The bathroom looks like it is in a spa. Everyone on Dr. Robinson’s staff is highly skilled, courteous, professional and friendly. I especially love the extra care items they offer, like a blanket (seriously, dress warmly, it’s pretty cold in the office) or lip balm during any procedure to keep you as comfortable as possible. I originally started going to see Dr. Robinson because I lived nearby her office, but after I moved I tried another Dentist and only lasted one visit. Even when our insurance changed and it wasn’t one that Dr. Robinson could accept (sorry, I don’t remember which one) myself and my husband decided to go to Dr. Robinson anyway. It was worth it to us to pay out-of-pocket because once you’ve been treated so well, it’s hard to accept anything less, especially when it comes to dental issues, which are difficult enough without worrying about substandard services and offices. Honestly, I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Clearly Robinson Dentistry has a process failure regarding cancellations. To Dr. Robinson: if your office policy requires patients to confirm appointments or the appointment will be canceled, out of courtesy, you should inform your patients that is your process. To be clear, no where on your messaging does it state my appointment would be canceled if I did not confirm. Because of their lack of care and respect for my time, I am very disheartened over the negative experience. Hopefully for the sake of others, Robinson Dentistry will transparently update their outgoing messaging on all communication platforms to include their cancellation policy.

I feel like I moved forward 200 years in the world of dentistry, compared to my old office. Will be my new dental office

Dr. Robinson and her entire team are amazing. I’ve had tons of dental issues throughout my life and this team has has solved every issue with very little pain and excellent results. I always recommend them. Thank you for your wonderful work and my mouth thanks you too!
