Dr. Denise Coleman-Settles, DDS

The dentist I'd seen since I was nine years-old retired. I found Dr. Coleman. I've been seeing Dr. Coleman for two years. At first, I was a little put-off by her briskness, but have learned that she is so cautious with how she communicates because she does not want to come off aggressive. She is very compassionate and nonjudgemental. She is knowledgeable and to the point. She has given me options on the route I want to take for an unfortunate wealth of dental issues. She listened to me and took care when prescribing muscle relaxers for my TMJ.Her staff is friendly and jovial. Everyone was really kind and accommodating.Dr. Coleman reminds me of that 'auntie' that doesn't play. She is about her business, but also very compassionate. I will continue to see her.

Went to have an upper tooth pulled she had difficulty pulling the tooth so she drilled and pulled at it several times. I did not know at the time why my nose started running after the extraction and why I had a peculiar smell in my nose. After a week I was still in pain so she scheduled me to come in 7 days after the extraction and discovered I had dry socket. She used a dry socket paste and gauze and sent me home to return on four days later. I got to her office 9 minutes late still dealing with this pain and they told me dentist included that I had to reschedule my appointment which was 2wks out from that day. I told them I was there to make sure the dry socket was healing and they said I had to reschedule. If I had followed my first mind with this dentist I never would have used her now I am sorry I did not listen. She is rude and rough.

Pleasantly Easy No Fear

I've been a client at Dr. Coleman's' Dentist office for 16+ and I've never had any issues. When I need appointments after 5 or early Saturday I get them. The staff is friendly and professional. I hardly ever have to wait to be seen. My children go first and I'm always last. They have become like family to my family and I would recommend this office to any one seeking a Family orientated Dentist.

Since finding Dr.Coleman and her staff of caring young professionals I haven't had one bad experience.Every one is attentive and always concerned about dental care at home. I would recommend Dr.Coleman to anyone who wants to be treated with kindness and consideration at times when care is needed for emergency situations or non emergencies. I do and will continue to patronize Dr.Coleman and will let everyone know my Dr. is the best at what she does.

The staff is has a very nasty attitude and so does the dentist. I wouldn't recommend this office.
