I called Dr. Giba's office to evaluate the cost of becoming new patients (my 2 teenagers and I). We don't have dental insurance, just a discount plan. In trying to explain Dr. Giba what I wanted, he grew very impatient and rude, he was angry because, unbeknownst to me, I was asking him to do something that could hurt his practice. He could have explained himself without almost yelling at me over the phone. With his attitude, he's hurting his practice anyway.
