What stood out the most is after the correction on my parochial and fitted to place the dr or asstant never gave me a mirror to check out my smile, not until I got in my car did I see the result by taking a picture of my new month. I’m writing this in my car, The correction made was adding a tooth to the parochial, it’s a very different color than the rest of my teeth and they sent to a lab and didn’t notice themselves I assume?, I see why they didn’t give me a mirror. The lack of experience in there office for me is shocking. Also they refer you to a non insurance covering participating partner. Again lack of experience, as an older person they treat you like a kid, yes I read the other reviews maybe it’s just me, but I expect at least the minimum and they did not deliver, stay away. I’m not trying to be rude here but I can’t go back and we are not complete with the needed work.. right now I’m in the car look for a new dentist

There was a huge mix-up between Med Mutl & this office as to whether or not they were part of my plan. It turns out they were for a bit longer. Because they could get no assurance of coverage, they canceled an appt I had. I got things straightened out with Med Mutl, but by then the Dr was out for 6 wks of medical leave. When she came back, she refused to treat me because she wouldn't get paid as much as she would from patients from other providers. Also, her Ofc Mgr was extremely rude to me.

I needed an implant and Dr. Fixler was the utmost professional through the whole process. She got me a same day appointment with a top rated endodonist and a same week appointment with an oral surgeon. What could have been a very unpleasant process was made almost pain free and practically effortless thanks to her and her team's care.

Office staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Dr. Fixler was very personable and listened to my questions and concerns. She did a fantastic job of explaining procedures. I felt that her office was on the cutting edge of available dental methods. The office itself was convenient, great parking, and looked brand new. I would highly recommend this Dentist. Office was also very knowledgeable about insurance an do coverages.
