I had to drive my son two hours away because he impacted one of his front teeth and chipped the other. When I called and spoke with the receptionist she stated ''Dr. Cartillar is out, I'm sorry you can come in tomorrow." I replied "Is there any other dentist in our area that can handle this sort of situation?" He's two. She replied "If you think its so bad take him to the emergency room. Have a great day" AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I will drive two hours so i don't have to deal with that nastiness.
