I had both of my children in treatment. He noticed my son was a mouth breather. Dr. Colarusso explained in full detail how detrimental it was for the habits (such as mouth breathing) can not only help with their teeth but also his sleeping. Dr. Colarusso then referred us to a surgeon. Our son is sleeping great and the final outcome.. BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you!!

Had a new patient consultation for my twins today. To say we were all nervous is an understatement. From the minute we walked in the door we new we were in the right place! Dr. Colarusso explained why they have the bite they have & how it can get fixed. We are excited to start this wonderful adventure with an exceptional orthodontist & his staff. Don’t wait call for an appointment today. You won’t regret it!!! Olean is lucky to have him!

Excellent Service
Dr. Colarusso was amazing in explaing in great detail the treatment plan for my son. I feel confident in knowing exactly what to expect especially with my son having a very difficult case. I appreciate the fact that he advocates early treatment in kids instead of waiting. We are very lucky to have an orthodontist in this area with so much experience and dedication to our community.

Great atmosphere!
I was recently seen in the Olean office with Dr. Colarusso. Him and his team were more than amazing! They were all very informative and I left with so much knowledge and excitement to begin my Invisalign treatment!

Brought my 7 year old son for first visit. Dr Colarusso explained how important it was to get tonsils out and to start him now. Best decision I made, my son sleeps better and his teeth are looking amazing.

Fantastic Orthodontist!
I always thought that braces were for kids in their teens. A big thank you to Dr. Colarusso for taking the time to explain the importance of why you start kids at an earlier age, and the “why” my daughter has the bite that she does. The amount of information that was presented to us was over the top! Very thorough! We are so lucky to have this man in the Southern Tier!

When she was getting braces, I accompanied my wife one day, knowing that at my age (70s) I was too old for braces, even though I badly needed them. Dr. Colarusso took a look at my teeth and said he thought he could do something for me. A miracle worker, he revived and straightened my bottom teeth, and fixed my top teeth so I now have a beautiful smile. I guess you could say, "It's never too late."

I returned today to get a new retainer, five years after my excellent orthodontic treatment was completed. Every staff member remembered my name and was happy to see me. Dr. Colarusso welcomed me back, and quickly assessed the situation, took needed measurements and checked my teeth to be sure all was well. It's a pleasure to be in their beautiful offices with such a professional team. Highly recommended.

I have been taking my kids here for months and I am very pleased with the work he has done. Scheduling has been great. They always put both of my children at same date so I don't have to make multiple trips. The nurses are wonderful and explain everything step by step to my children in their terms for understanding and then to me. They speak to the kids and involve them as it's their teeth and enforce responsibility. I've read other reviews and think parents are judging this dr wrongly.

Doctored with Dr. Colarusso for close to two years with promises at every appointment that were never met. Switched to new ortho and treatment is almost complete within one year!! I could go on and on about our horrible experience with this guy, but bottom line is I wouldn't recommend him to anyone...it was an expensive lesson learned on our part and if I can save someone else the nightmare of dealing with this place, I will do whatever it takes!!
