My visit with this office was not the normal pleasant one I usually receive. The dental technician servicing me was not courteous and in my opinion not as accommadating, thorough or professional. Her greeting was dry (perhaps she was having a challenging day). Thinking that I had an appointment with Dr. Campbell, she explained that she would be servicing me instead. She asked for my partial, did not offer any tissue or cup of water nor explain any the options I had for repairing or replacing them. I had to ask. She told me the cost to repair and that they would have to be sent out. I explain that I did not want to be without them and decided to invest in a new partial instead. Concerning how the visit was going, I asked if maybe we should start over? The remainder of the visit included her not handing me my partial but telling me to pick it up. She never asked if the color she chose was acceptable. Upon leaving I expressed my disappointment & dissatisfaction with Dr. Campbell.

Visit was okay accept for being left for too long a time to take an impression of my teeth; it was very, very difficult to loosen. I think the tech thought I wasn't trying hard enough but I wasn't at fault; and I got a headache from the process.
