The best dentist bar none! Selecting a dentist is no easy task. You want someone great but also pain free. We were lucky enough to find Dr. P over 20 years ago. My husband and I have had root canals and they were all pain free (just boring because of how long a root canal takes). My daughter now 18 loved going there! We were able to schedule all 3 of us at the same time. I am very picky (we moved to AZ 2+ years ago and still haven't found a dentist). Come to AZ Dr. P, Please, we Miss you

Dr. Provenzale Jr. is the absolute best dentist! I had extensive work done. Many extractions, implants, etc. The entire process was painless and the results were amazing! I am so glad I found such a skillful dentist who really cares about his patients. He explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel very comfortable. His knowledge about dentistry and his professionalism are remarkable. He's also got a great sense of humor. You leave his office with a smile on your face.

I would love to give 10 stars if possible! I had the teeth in a day dental implant surgery at ChewsWisely Implant Center. Words cannot describe how this has positively improved my life. My new implant teeth are simply amazing! I can smile again. I can eat again I can do anything I want! I wish I had done this sooner. Everyone at the office is great. Dr. P is knowledgeable in his expertise. The whole staff is wonderful, a very relaxed atmosphere and modern office and equipment. I highly recommen

I love this place! Immensely clean and the staff are more then professional and friendly. I’ve been happy returning client for over 3 years. Dr Provenzale is amazing and his skills and business are great. Always have a good experience even though I'm not a fan of the dentist! Their front desk is really on top of things. I had Dr. Provenzale for my recent teeth cleaning. He was gentle, thorough and gave me a much needed reminder to floss daily. Highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to visit!

As soon as I walked into the office they were extremely friendly! I felt as though I was around family because they welcomed me with open arms. While waiting for the Dr. to examine me, one of the dental hygienists took my X-rays and made me feel so at home. I told her I was a bit cold and she even brought out a blanket for me to cover up. Dr. Provenzale was super chill as well. At first I thought he would be super serious but he was so funny and nice.

Dr Provenzale, who is board certiied in implant dentisty, carefully extracted an infected tooth and removed an existing bridge. He replaced them with two implants. The removal process involved minimal pain. I was pain free on the following day and never took pain meds. Dr Provenzale and his friendly staff thoroughly explained all procedures. All appointments were timely. I am pleased with the entire process and the outcome. I highly recommend Dr Provenzale.
