I have had some bad dental experiences in the past from other practices and it kept me away from making appointments for years.I was hesitant at first but was glad that I made my appointment with Pickens. I have now been going there for a number of years. I have not had a bad experience yet. The whole office is great, they really do seem like a family. It is an incredibly welcoming atmosphere.Just some shout outs. Cherri always greets me with a smile and is a pleasure to talk to. The same goes for Lauren, she may be one of the genuinely most caring people that I have ever met and is a true asset to their office. I see Rona pretty regularly and she hands down knows her stuff and is a great hygienist who is always looking out for her patients. And Valeria who I saw today when I had a small bout of dental anxiety. She has a very calming demeanor and was very attentive. Again, best in Clark County!
