Absolutely horrible service! Receptionist is extremely rude - she wants to fight with you on the phone! She has the worst customer service ever - her name is Claudia. Stay the hell away! Also, she wanted me to reschedule my appointment because the dentist had cancellations and he did not want to wait for my scheduled appointment. Seriously?! Additionally, they charged me for a service where I shouldn't have been charged and I'm still waiting for my money!

Whenever I've been there, they only tried to charge extra. They have low quality staffs who barely understand and perform in minimal ways guide you through a dental problem, instead they'll suggest u take a pain pill even if that doesn't help. To be honest I've been to many dental places and this is the poorest quality of them all. Also, the staff is poorly-educated, they barely know what they're informing you about. They have to go back and forth with other doctors not even doing your procedure to figure out simple things, and no they are not new.

The staff and the Doctor are great. Would recommend him

I have been going to Dr Thaker since the 80's and he is an excellent dentist. He makes sure you are not in pain while he is working on you. His prices are fair and he works with you.

Cares more about money than his patients or oath as a Doctor. Quickly took all of the insurance benefit and my payments. Extensive work: had my bill paid nearly 80% percent before the final procedure. All I needed was one post and permanent cement. Dr. purposely applied the cement so it would fail in 5 days or less, lied, canceled three appointments, and held me hostage for a final payment. Extremely unethical. Find a dentist who will treat you like a human being

I had quite a bit of work done (crowns) by this dentist and found him using inexperienced assistants and I felt like he did not give me his complete attention.. most work was done by the senior experienced assistant and then checked by dentist. The girls in the front office are more interested in their cell phones than the patients and I just get a BAD gut feeling and I have switched dentist to finish my work. They wanted to charge me to get my X-Rays which really convinced me to switch.

The Dr. Does good work, I liked him, this last vist was iT for me, the staff did not verify my insurance before I arrived, I had to remind them I had to fill out new paper work, after waiting over an hour the girl said to me sometimes when you buy insurance on line the card looks real but isnt I . Was like I have been paing on this insurance for 32 years I did not purchase it it on line! I had to call my insurance for them to verify it myself! I finally left! Found new Dentist

The doctor was with another patient who left waiting while came to see me. He ask what was my concern which I explained. He said he needed to do some X rays. I ask him, if he was able to do an examination without X ray and he refused. Then he left and continue with his previous patient. I didn't spend more than 5 min with him in the room he was clearly trying to get me out of the office and bill for the visit, so he could go back to see his other patient. Worse experience!!!!!

As a son of a Dentist, I can say with conviction that Dr. Thaker is a highly qualified professional and very personable. His prices are very reasonable too. I would recommend him to anyone. Charles Levy
