Dr. Dustin Dial, DMD

'I had a distressing experience with Dr. Dustin Dial at Comfort Dental. I initially went to have a chipped crown repaired, and Dr. Dial recommended placing another crown on it. However, as soon as the numbing wore off, I experienced excruciating pain and noticed a noticeable gap between the crown and my gum line. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that my root was exposed.I returned to Comfort Dental seeking resolution to this issue, but unfortunately, they did not take responsibility for the problem. Instead, they provided a temporary fix, applying a coating of something that only temporarily alleviated the pain. I was left unable to chew and in constant agony, a situation I had never experienced before. My experience was marked by excruciating pain, a lack of accountability.Another dentist took off the crown and I had an infection due to the crown not being sealed I am currently on several medications trying save the tooth. Dr Dial was an expensive and painful hard lesson.

I was left unable to chew and in constant agony, a situation I had never experienced before.Dr. Dial and the staff insisted that 'sometimes teeth die. I would strongly advise against seeking dental care from Dr. Dustin Dial at Comfort Dental, as my experience was marked by excruciating pain, a lack of accountability, and the need to pay another dentist.

Dr. Dial was amazing at calming my nerves and explaining everything that was going to be needed. He knew I needed a little extra support and him and the staff did just that and more.

Dr. Dial is, by far, the best dentist I’ve been to. He is kind, honest, and he really cares. His work is superior to most I’ve had in the past as well.

Dr. Dial is truly awesome! I've been his patient for a couple of years & he is by far, the best dentist I've ever had. He truly cares about his patients! I get a lot of anxiety when I have to going to the dentist for anything but Dr. Dial is very patient & always makes sure I'm comfortable before he starts any procedure. He is super friendly which eases any anxiety I have during my visit. He is honest & wants to make sure I'm getting the best treatment plan that insurance will allow. He's very knowledgeable & makes sure I understand everything he's going to do. Dr. Dial really is a fantastic dentist & I highly recommend him for all your dental needs!
