Dr. Downs is energetic and truly seems to love his work. He discusses the options with clarity and is respectful of patient input. He is efficient and inspires high level of confidence. I've had two procedurees with him - both of which I dreaded, and left both times amazed at the quality of my experience. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Arrogant and Wouldn’t Listen
I would never see this endodontist again! He would not listen to me; he had already made up his mind based on what is tech reported to him. Instead of the root canal I needed, he only gave me steroids. Because of his lack of care, I have been suffering unnecessarily. Thankfully, my dentist is referring me to a more competent endodontist. Do yourself a favor and avoid this rude and arrogant provider who doesn’t care about your suffering.
