Dr. Eddie Woods, DDS

I had a root canal completed. Dr. Woods was very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I would return if needed and have already referred a few friends.

Dr. Woods and his assistant are awesome. The way they work together is pure art. Was really cool to watch from my perspective in the chair. Would recommend a million times. Super nice people in the cascade office.

2 root canals and had to have them redone and they are still bad and infected

Dr. Woods very pleasant and explains clearly what is being done. I have high blood pressure and he helps bring down before, during and after procedure. His dental assistant was very pleasant and calming as well. She told me her name, but I didn't ask spelling and I don't want to mess up. However, I made known how I appreciated. The only drawback was getting started late, due to unforseen issue, which I know things happen. Overall, if need be I shall return.

My appt was scheduled for 12:30p. I did not see the dentist until about 3:15p. When I questioned what the wait was about, I was basically told that this was just the "norm" and that they always overbook. They literally said that. The front desk staff was nice. The assistant was ok but the fact that she has been trained to tell patients that it is normal to wait 3.5 hours for your appointment is disappointing. I wasn't given any instructions after the root canal, NONE. It was an overall horrible experience. I've been to plenty of different dentists offices and this was the absolute worst.

I'm not happy at all with your practice! It seems it's just that a practice! I came in for crowns,food is getting trapped between them and I've called several times to come back in to be examined to no avail! I'm very disappointed

Great Expressions is horrible. Left after waiting in the chair for over 2 hrs after my appt time. Dr Woods seemed very nice but due to his staff not scheduling properly and I having to listen to his assistants laugh and heckle about their weekend adventures for over an hour outside of my door, left me in poor opinion of him. From the time I walked in and the 2 plus hrs I spent there was a bad experience. Dr. Wood's staff unfortunately was extremely lacking professionalism . Unapologetic about my time being wasted.

Dr woods is a straight shooter and explains everything in a concise way

The staff is very friendly. Dr. Woods is personable, professional, and caring. Biggest concern was the wait time. I waited over 2 hours past my appointment to see Dr. Woods. I understand that he's either overbooked or had a day with many delays. Once he saw me, he was great. He's patiently listened and explained. The root canal was actually pleasant, as pleasant as a root canal could be. I would recommend Dr. Woods, but I would definitely verify wait times.

Dr. Woods is a great doctor, professional, knows what he’s doing, and makes you feel very comfortable.

Everything went smooth! You hear so much negative about root canals, but the worse part was, as the Dr. said, the deading of the area. The smell of burning tooth was bad, but didn't hurt.

Consultation visit was good

Today I had a route canal. My first one, so I had a little fear and anxiety. Dr. Woods assured me it is was nothing to worry about it was going to be fine. And It was! Thank you, Dr. Woods

Felt confident right away. So happy my needs are now being taken care of. Who knew coming to the Dentist could be a pleasant experience.

Absolutely outstanding!! First time in my life that I sat in a dentist chair and did not tense up. I had NO pain at ALL; even when he stuck me with that big needle to deaden my mouth. I was fearful of a root canal, but Dr. Woods really made my visit pleasant. Can you imagine a pleasant trip to the Dentist?

Yes I would recommend Dr Woods to friends and family. He was very helpful and took the time to explain what he was seeing on the X-rays.

No, I sat in the office for over 45 minutes, Dr Woods assistant called me in to talk to me, said he told her to tell me, that he wanted to do a root canal. I never met, or saw Dr Woods. I did not have a good visit.
