I was a patient for two years. The only time he talked to me about my treatment was on my last appointment when I showed up in my medical scrubs after work. I suspect he realized I was a real person who could impact his practice. I’m black, by the way. Horribly dissatisfied with the treatment I received, and in hindsight wish I’d opted for a different orthodontist.
