Dr. Edward Farajzadeh, DDS

Watch out for this guy! They quoted $750.00 for a crown with insurance. I called my insurance company and they should only charge me $60.00 copay. When my insurance company called them to talk to them about it, now they don't want to treat us. Meanwhile I had a root canal and have to get a crown within a week. Shady dentist!

Beware! Dr Farajzadeh put the cement on and asked me to hold the crown while he left the room. As you imagine the crown dried tilted.

My experience was excellent! I had a previous office put on veneers; shaved my teeth to nubs! Dr. Farajzadeh, removed those managed to save those existing teeth with crowns (due to so much teeth previously being shaved). I used him for an overall hollywood smile make over... The partial his office had created for the bottom teeth is still intact and in perfect condition. As a matter of fact; I am finishing the implants he suggested, (I want to say roughly 3 years ago) and this current dentist was amazed at the quality of all his work. Before we finish implants; I just called his office to get confirmation of the Color he used. Staff was professional and very friendly. Sorry for anyone that had a bad experience. I would without hesitation recommend this Dentist. I felt Dr. very upfront, didn't try to up-sale me on any services. Only provided his professional opinion, and the decisions I made I felt where easy due to the information I was given.

do not get implants from this quack!!! I had a bad implant done and it cost me over 10,000 to get repaired and done right...to say nothing of the months of anguish eating dinners and having the crown hang by a thread and drives to the dentist to have it screwed back on. I filed a complaint with the california dental boards.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience in Dr. Farajzadeh's office. We experienced both billing issues as well as had a very bad experience with the work performed. The dental piece produced was ultimately of no use! The office charged us extra for services not provided. The office does not look hygienic nor is the Dr show any appropriate hygienic practices himself. I am not sure if he should be allowed to practice!

Antiquated machinery, dirty old office. Told me that I need a crown due to a cavity under an existing filling but never took an xray. Told me that one of my veneers was about to pop off and he was pulling on it with an excavation tool (it is fine!).
