Dr. Edward Kosakoski, DMD

This man is a iniquitous quack. I feel more like a victim than a patient. I’ve undergone three operations with him, all of which were unpleasant. However, the last two were unacceptable, leaving me traumatized and irate. During the second operation, anesthetics from his needle dripped into my eye. He tried to convince me that there was nothing in my eye and refused to let me clean it. The third operation was even more distressing. He mishandled the administration of nitrous oxide, which resulted in a highly traumatic, drug-like experience that left me in a temporary vegetative state. Despite having this gas used safely in a previous operation, he blamed the gas for the incident. Furthermore, he disregarded my complaints of pain during the procedure. I could feel the pain when he was drilling deeply, but he dismissed me, saying, “You’re not in any pain!” He would also throw child-like tantrums whenever I winced from the pain. This man should not be able to practice. Avoid at all cost.

Dr. Kosakoski worked on my 23-year-old son yesterday for the second and last time. I found him to be VERY rude and insensitive. He had ZERO compassion during his two attempts at a root canal. He dismissed his pain and belittled him during the procedure. Dr. Kosakoski was unable to finish the root canal due to the severity of his infection. It was made clear to him that we did not appreciate him dismissing his level of pain and that it was inappropriate as a medical 'professional'. We will NEVER go to Dr. Kosakoski again and will make sure no one we know will ever see him due to his rude and unprofessional manner. This whole experience has caused severe trauma for my son and myself. This man should not be in the medical profession.

I am a 50-year-old woman with an extensive dental history, including previous root canals and crowns. Today, I had a very distressing experience during a root canal treatment. Unlike my regular dentist, who was communicative and empathetic, the specialist was dismissive and insensitive. I was in considerable pain and when I tried to express this, I felt belittled and not taken seriously. His communication was harsh and made me feel scared and helpless in the dentist's chair, to the point of tears. I understand the pressures of dental work, but empathy and clear communication are crucial. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive reminder that patient care involves understanding both their physical and emotional needs. Based on today’s experience, I unfortunately feel compelled to give a 1-star rating.
