Bad dentist and crew
Dr. Chambers was supposed to get back to me and never did about work He did on my husband that wasn’t authorized. I got a phone call from his office secretary. She said he would call nobody returned the call What doctor doesn’t get back to you to even discuss the situation look elsewhere I have turned you into the insurance companies and anybody that would listen to me as my husband has less than six months to live and you took advantage of that. Shameful.

I have been his patient for 3 years. He is a good listener and has an excellent demeaner. After having had a denture made within the past year, I presented him with a problem regarding same. He listened and understood and came up with a solution.

Great first visit
Having been off dental care for about 3 years I had a lot of catching up to do. This visit was more than I expected, very thorough, and laid out a detailed plan for next visits. Explained what needed to be down and what my current dental insurance covered.

Refused to Honor Flyer
I received a flyer in the mail for an exam, x-rays and a regular teeth cleaning. Upon my visit they refused to perform the teeth cleaning and instead tried to upsell me to get a deep cleaning with a cost of over $1,000. This is the classic bait and switch ploy.

Every one was awesome caring thorough considerate friendly & able to answer my questions in plain English & anticipate my next question. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable & even though I had a late appointment didn't rush me one bit. I felt I was among caring practices & will highly recommend this doctor & his staff.

Dr. Chamber is very caring. I was afraid to go to the dentist but I had an emergency which made going to the dentist a must. Dr Chambers made me comfortable. He explained everything step by step and constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I had an allergic reaction to my antibiotics. Although Dr Chambers was off work, his staff quickly contacted him and called in a new Rx. I can not say enough great things about Dr Chambers. His staff is also awesome.

While Dr. Chambers himself is personable and friendly (though his time spent with you is short), his dental hygienist leaves something to be desired. Sonya is harsh, pushy and not the most pleasant person to deal with.

Dentist was good. I would like to have chatted with him before leaving, but he just disappeared. Dental assistant was excellent. Treatment room was in a poor state of repair: cabinet drawer missing, one ceiling light fixture broken with dangling wires and the other had different warmth (color) tubes, blinds misaligned and chain broken, plain walls with screws and nails left where things had been hung. However they had the most modern 3D tooth scanning equipment.

Disappointed in the unprofessional service from this office (10/26/17). My husband had an appointment scheduled at 10:30 (even had a reminder card for his appointment), he showed up on time only to find a note at the closed door. "Attention patients we are currently at our quarterly meeting from 8am to 1pm." Why was there no one working to call the day before to reschedule his appointment? Why was there no proper professional communication? Waste of time and never again, you lost 2 customers.
