A great experience

Very efficient and friendly. Love my hygienist Tiffany. She is so good at what she does and makes my visits very easy. I am someone who gets super nervous at dentist appointment but I feel Super comfortable at Dr. Pruett’s office. Dr. Pruett is amazing , she has the latest technology , the office is super clean and nice. Cherry on top is that I have never had to wait. Dr. Pruett has an amazing office and staff. I would recommend her 100 %. My only regret is that I didn’t switch to her sooner !

Dr. Pruitt and her team are wonderful. Going to see them feels very much like a team sport to work towards a common goal of good dental health. They are knowledgeable and detail-oriented in their care, and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. I’m happy to have found a team that I enjoy seeing and motivates me to take care of my teeth/gums!

Exceptional care from a life long resident of Coppell! Dr. Pruett is informative and makes you feel very comfortable. She takes the TIME to EXPLAIN treatment plan and answer ALL your questions. The staff is also caring, well trained and focuses on YOU. I had quite a bit of work done over two days totaling 4.5 hours. The entire office was cheerful and upbeat. You can tell they all love what they do and where they work. Can’t wait for December (6 month follow-up) to visit.

Best dental experience I have ever had. The staff was great and Dr. Pruett was thoughtful and she listened! I had plenty of question and they took the time I needed. My cleaning was not at all intrusive. Tiffany was a very skill professional. I felt I received top quality care. I get very stressed about dentists but it turned out to be a good experience.

Every person I met in the office (Dr. Pruett, Alex, and Sharice) was courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right – and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me and my family. Great dental experience!

The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. They don't try to sell you services you don't need like other dentists in town. I highly recommend Coppell Hritage Dentistry.

My first visit to Dr. Pruett was a great experience. She immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Pruett took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, which I have never had a dentist do before. This helped me to know why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I never felt rushed. She and her staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free.

Dr. Pruitt was just great. Easy to understand and a great bed-side... (chair-side?) manner. Tiffany, the hygienist that did my cleaning is the best hygienist I've ever been to. Highly recommend them both! The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Not always the case in medical offices but they all really made the experience excellent.
