Dr. Elizabeth Joseph, DMD

Dr. Joseph is one of the most knowledgeable and personable dentists I have come to know. She was able to fix all of my dental issues and I always felt comfortable with her care. Dr. Joseph and her staff are great. I always recommend her to friends and family. I appreciate her for all that she does.

It seems she is only there for the money. Does not care about the patient al all. I had 2 loose teeth and all she said was 'be careful'. The office staff however was great!

Nice employees, very convenient time, my son's are treated kindly. Great experience overall.

Can always get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Short wait in the waiting room. Dr. And staff are professional, compassionate and friendly. Comfortable atmosphere. I’ve been going there for many years.

Dr. Joseph is wonderful. I’ve had cleanings to fillings to root canals and not once had any issues, pain, or discomfort. She takes her time and after each visit she has thoroughly gone over instructions for aftercare and any questions or concerns I’ve had. And her office staff is friendly and accommodating with my schedule

Doctor was absolutely rude, prior to the nurse absolutely demolishing my enamel with a metal pick.She disclosed private information in front of the whole office. Do not go here, not worth the permanent damage. Also a young child had choked on metal and had to be rushed to the hospital because of this “women’s” carelessness. All she wants is a cash grab, couldn’t give two fs about your teeth. Oh and they also ruined my molars drilling holes deeper than the Marianna Trench. It’s really weird how they were so nice before they ruined my teeth. Sincerely you no good Wilkes Barre dentist, you should lose your license for what you’ve done to so many peoples teeth. I feel bad for the child that choked on metal under your supervision , hope you don’t have children yourself considering you are obviously not fit to take care of them if you can’t even take care of someone’s teeth, it’s almost like it’s not your job??

Bad, crass, rude, unhelpful, aggressive, and inconsiderate. would not recommend to anyone- as I was a 12 year patient left to pain and suffering, can't imagine how they treat new patients.

At first i very much liked this Dr the staff ( more so her sister the receptionist) not so much neither had much of any kind of personality but all that aside they pulled out teeth the didn't let me rephrase that the shouldn't have and i ended up having nerve damage and my teeth just started dying and falling apart, at this time i now have an upper and bottom partial for the teeth they shouldnt have taken out and after my teeth started dying i made an appointment to go back i went in she looked at them but didnt touch them and just told me to make another appointment so i did but after making it had to cancel due to a work obligation WELL because i didnt cancel days before they absolutely refused to see me back ever again i cant go back for life over 1 damn missed appointment and no my teeth are so friggin screwed up i cant stand even looking at myself i would not recommend anyone going here and don't know how the hell she still has a practice and is open!!

I have gone here for a long time. Now, as i have had reoccuring issues that they have not taken seriously, im suffering. They did not care and played it off when i told them my symptoms consisted for several months. When i tell them how they believed it was ‘probably nothing’ is wrong, they now wipe their hands and ask me to call a surgeon and my insurance. I make my own bad choices but you acted like your job, and patients didn’t matter.

Wonderful staff and excellent Dr

I now have to go to another dentist because she messed my tooth. I was suppose to get fillings (1st time ever) for two teeth. She not personable... After doing my teeth she walked away talking to me about seeing her again if I had any problems w/o giving me instructions on aftercare for filling.

Terrible.. I ended up with a tooth cracking right down the middle after a "filling" needed 4 out of the 5 teeth she "fixed" to be redone and the 5th may need to be worked on in a year or two. I was in pain for months after my last visit with her horrible experiences

Doctor and staff are very professional and friendly. The kids room is very nice and the office is very clean. Great location in downtown Wilkes-Barre.

She and her staff are very friendly and caring. I am going to tell all my friends and family about her.

Awful dentist. claimed to do fillings on my son, he started being in pain, got a second opinion, not one filling in his mouth! Now has nerve damage and needs to be sedated to get teeth fixed she claimed to fix!! Beware!!!

Originally had a good experience but later learned all the teeth I got worked on there needed to be fixed AGAIN and they wouldn't see me back after I had a dental emergency when they were closed and went somewhere else.
