The Montgomery office needs to replace the office Manager Sandra and get an honest person to handle the financial aspects of the office. Very unprofessional, rude.

My daughter sufferred from molnar ache and I found this doctor in my insurance coverage list, got appointment next day. Initial treatment of extracting the molnar was good. Then on two more appointments I had to take and subsequent bills were so expensive. The estimates and payments were not matched. It's the double payments and I ended up paying more than 1.6k after insurance 1k coverage. There is no option to review and pay the amount later. You know what, they have refunded 0.5k later. Sucks

While we liked the actual dental services provided, we felt their administrative staff was rude. Even when you're a long-term client, they enforce their "broken appointments" policy where they charge $50 if you don't cancel at least 48 hours in advance. When we tried to talk to their office manager about it, she was extremely accusatory and passive aggressive, eventually hanging up on my wife. Felt like we were the ones privileged to be their customers, not the other way around.

I have non verbal son. I have went to multiple dentists who assured me they could take care of my son. They were unsuccessful. This office is top notch. I was explained to they are out of network. I knew ahead of time. They were very good and made sure I was involved in all care. I know in network would save money,but I have not had any luck with those providers. They are worth every penny for my son's care!!

Greedy practice is right! Poor record keeping. Heed other review warnings. Skip this office.

I have a severely disabled daughter. I had been to three different dentists, all of whom claimed to be able to handle nonverbal children. I was sent away from all three because they couldn't help us. Dr. Mueller, and particularly her team who had to clean my daughter's teeth, were wonderful and it was an excellent experience for everyone.

Dr. Mueller cares about her patients. We are so lucky to have found her - she is helping us navigate care for our child with cleft lip/palate. Whether it's routine dental care or figuring out tough stuff, she takes the time with explanations. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Betsy.

Good Dentist ..Greedy Practices..I called in for my kids as new patients and specifically asked them if they took my insurance on the phone everyone was sweet and said OH YES but only after the service I found out they were NOT and I was totally misled...I liked the practice and would have continued if they were HONEST but I guess a $200 bill which should have been $8-10 tells me I am never going back...time to look for someone new...:(
