This doctor has scheduled unnecessary procedures, triggered root canals, used poor quality filling and scheduled rework in the same teeth over time. She does not explain the planned work in advance and expands the scope of work DURING procedures.

We arrived at the scheduled time for my daughter's dental appointment. The receptionist proceeded to call my daughter by the wrong name. All the paperwork had the wrong name. I pointed out to the receptionist and was told she corrected it. Apparently insurance had the correct provider but the wrong address so the receptionist was trying to get that straightened out. She then again called my daughter by the wrong name. After waiting 45 minutes, we walked out and will choose another provider. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went to this office for semi annual checkup. 1. It took 2-3 times for half xrays to get them right, thanks for triple radiation in one visit. 2. Instead of cleaning that I came for, I was immediately upsold to more expensive treatment, $250 cleaning, thanks, I came for free cleaning. 3. Dr Ellen to agree to do cleaning, it took her all together 5 min, as all she did is spread polish on my teeth and called it cleaning. If you want the experience like mine, go ahead and visit them.
