She made me a very expensive night guard that did not fit. She argued with me about it saying that it did fit. It took both of us struggling to even get it out of my mouth. So, she redid it with the same mould. And, of course that one did not fit either. I asked for a refund twice. She refused. I wouldn't let her work on my dog's teeth.

Dr. Harden is an excellent dentist who did a wonderful job taking care of a complicated issue for me. She has an accommodating staff and I highly recommend her.

I went in to have a replacement flipper made. First one would not fit in my mouth at all. They cast a mold. Went in for the fitting, and it did not fit again. I explained it was not seating against the roof of my mouth, and asked what we were going to do about it. She said there is no need to get nasty. I explained I have to live with it, and it simply does not fit. I asked for a refund, and she agreed. I asked for documentation saying I would get a refund. She stated why you don't trust me.

This is mine and my husbands dentist and she has truly been a blessing to us. We truly love her a lot! She never allows us to be in any pain gets us in immediately when needed and just all around is such a great lady! So happy we started going to this dentist almost a year ago and every experience has been great!
