Dr. Emmanuel Ngoh, DMD

I went to Dr. Ngoh for a root canal. I was disappointed that he didn't answer my questions sufficiently and seemed to get frustrated because of the questions I had. His assistant didn't seem to be able to modify her technique due to an inherent condition I have, and I had to remind her several times about it. At almost 2 months out, my tooth is still very pressure sensitive - maybe that's just a uniqueness of my nerve roots? I paid in full at the beginning, and my insurance company for some reason has sent payments back to their office. When I called to have them refunded back to me, I was told they had to wait until all the claims were processed and then refunded at one time. I didn't understand this, as I had paid in full, so there was no outstanding bill. It has taken 2 months for all claims to be finalized, so they held onto over $1000 that could have been applied to my credit card. Given all this, I will not seek to use this practice for endodontics in the future.

Very gentle and quick, root canal in less than an hour

This is an exceptional practice which truly pays attention to detail and to the patient. Their customer service is top shelf. Dr. Ngoh is wonderful at his craft. He promised that I would be able to go about my normal routine after the root canal and I was able to do just that. I highly recommend this group of wonderful individuals and providers.

I entered his office with much trepidation and dread, but I exited with a newfound respect for what happens when surgery is performed expertly. Dr. Ngoh is a kind, caring, professional. I had no pain during or after the surgery and I didn’t leave the office feeling as if I had been price gouged. I will enter his office the next time with confidence that I’ll be in good hands.

Dr.Ngoh is a wonderful caring gentleman who puts the needs and welfare of his patients above all else. There are really no words to express how much I appreciate all he has done for me. I have raved about him and his staff since my procedure. If you need a root canal Dr.Ngoh is the first, last and only Dr you should call.

My experience at the endodontic center was wonderful. I was nervous about receiving a root canal and the Dr. And the staff put my mind at ease. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone who needs a root canal to make an appointment with Dr. Ngoh. The service and the experience is well worth the money spent.
