Very unprofessional
I am so disappointed with Dr. Darnell. He is very unprofessional, rushed, and gets easily flustered. I had to have all of my work with him replaced by another dentist. I voiced my concerns to his office and requested a refund as Dr. Darnell’s implants fell out. Dr. Darnell said I’m a “very problematic patient.” I didn’t get a refund or apology from the doctor. I do not believe he is employed at Cave Creek or Paradise Ridge any longer…
