Dr Hall was great and his staff was great. After he left the Affordable Denture of Denton office it two months to get an appointment for my final denture. The staff did not seem to want to take care of the patients from before the new doctor took over. Although my payment was made to Affordable Denture, however my experience with Dr Hall was good.

Dr Hall was great d but when the staff changed at affordable dentures it was the worse. The new staff was rude. I totally regretted paying 16,000.00 plus for care. I would cringe every time I had to go in. I was never treated by Dr Hall once the staff change. The new staff rude and didn’t have experience. They caused a lot of pain. Twice I had to wait 2 hours to be scene. I had to leave on one of those days. It went from a 10star office to a 2 . It ended up costing more because they didn’t honor the agreement I had made with the former office manager. Totally disappointed
