Eric is a great guy, is always caring, patient, and listens to what the patient has to say. His secretary on the other hand has left me waiting for an estimate for over 4 months, 3 phone calls, a trip to the office, and still did absolutely nothing about getting me the estimate that she promised to get me. What a disappointment. ??
