Dr. Eric Moskowitz, DDS

My horrific experience started in 2020. I went in because I had missing teeth in the upper back. I was looking to get a partial. After, selling me on upper reconstruction with porcelain bridges and veneers on the front. I went for it. Between, 2020-2023, I had my bridge break twice and a veneer fell off 3 times, several teeth died that caused several abscess( ER visits/ dr visits) and ALL my upper teeth had root canals. I stayed in pain for 3 yrs. In, February 2023 I had all upper teeth extracted and now have upper dentures. The price started at 20,000. I ended up spending $32,000! He agreed on doing the dentures for additional 1,200. He denied my refund on the broken bridge. With doctor/ ER visits I spent well over $35,000. The pain I endured was unbelievable. He wasn’t always the nicest person either.

Worst dentist I had in over 25 years (between TX and NC)! First of all, let me share my terrible experience.Dr Moskowitz is my dentist. He did a filling on my tooth a month ago. 4 weeks later I started experiencing a major toothache. It started on Thursday. I called the office the next day, they were closed. It got worse and I had to go to the Urgent care the next day, since I had fever, swelling in my face and major tooth pain. They put me on antibiotics, gave me pain meds and told me to see my dentist. On Monday (the next business day when the office was open) I came to see Dr Moskovitz. To my shock, he did not even want to treat me, had 0 empathy, 0 suggestions for my pain. He told me I could schedule an appointment with an endodontist to get a root canal, even though he does root canals. I waited on him for 4 days - Thursday- Sunday (while having a major pain, swelling) and I had no choice but to look for another dentist who would treat me the same day.

Dr. Moskowitz and staff were very friendly and professional. They provided great service and were very knowledgable in their individual area of expertise. The receptionist and dental hygienist were wonderful . Dr. Moskowitz is the real deal. He is a great dentist. I will tell friends about this great experience .

Dr. Moskowitz is a wealth of knowledge with many years of experience in all types of dental cases. He is also easy going and friendly, and my kids especially like visiting him. Plus, everyone who works in this office is friendly, kind and compassionate. I have had to call many times for various reasons, and Lisa is always helpful and quick with assistance. To top it all though, my daughter had some major dental work done by Dr. M, and he did an amazing job. We are all really pleased.

We saw him briefly earlier in his career. My wife was very impressed with the work done for her and for my oldest son. When our dentist imploded, she sought him out. We have not been disappointed.
