Dr. Eric Veal, DMD

Dr. Veal and his staff are very good and understanding. They explain the procedures to you so you understand them. Been with him since he opened his practice. He makes a toothache bearable.

Dr Veal takes the time to listen and explain. He is friendly and caring. He is also one of the few dentists, of the many I have seen, that doesn’t overcharge and try to over treat for dental care.

I had a root canal yesterday 10/14/19. I chose this office because the website offers comfortable payment options. My first visit I was told by Dawn the receptionist that I didn't owe a balance which was 2 weeks earlier. Yesterday I was told I had a previous balance of $200.00. There was another patient in the lobby when she rudely continued to discuss my financial balance. She was irritated when I informed her I could make payments. Dr. Veal is a great Dentist very comfortable and it is unfortunate that he has such a RUDE receptionist at his front desk. I cancelled all of my appointments and contacted another doctor and was up front about my financial situation of which they were happy to help. The website offers comfortable payments and this IS NOT true. Save yourself the embarrassment and seek elsewhere!!!!

Professional staff, comfortable office environment. Dr. Veal is kind and compassionate - exactly what you want a dentist to be!
