Compassion and personalization
I started seeing Dr Trumm last year, and I have to say that he is my favorite dentist - and I have had several. He is very professional and equally kind. The compassion and caring are evident each time I have seen him, he listens, he understands, and ensures that I understand exactly what is going on. I know, all dentists are supposed to do it, but somehow Dr Trumm's approach seems different, and I believe that it is because he really does care about me, his patient, not patient number 1234. And his treatments work - I have had a couple of dental issues recently, and in both situations, he wanted to try a less invasive procedure first and on the second time, he proceeded with caution because of the condition of a tooth. Both times he gave me a text number in case I had any problems or needed clarification on something. I did have a question, and he texted me back right away! I appreciated that. Yes, Dr. Trumm is my dentist, and I would highly recommend him.
