I made an appointment for either a extraction or filling on tooth 31. Went for my appointment at 7 am and they wanted to do x Rays . The woman was so rough shoving the x ray device in my mouth that I gagged multiple times . I have a very small mouth and the person got agetated and told me to open my mouth more when I am gagging. You guys should be losing your licence and be shut down for treating people the way you do.some people can only open their mouth so much. When the doctor came in she told me that tooth 31 cannot be saved and tooth 28 need a root canal and a crown . I told the dentist to extract tooth 31 and she said that she is busy and that I need to reschedule an appointment. I left Prairie dental very upset after $163 billed to my insurance. The woman charge me $57 to tell me they can extract my tooth at another day and $106 for a full mouth images which they did not perform a full mouth images. I called other dentists and found Essington Dental in Joliet .
