I highly recommend Dr. Erin Hong and her staff. My wife and I have been patients for over a year, and after several opinions from other specialists, we were confident that Dr. Hong had a well-thought out patient-centered approach. She is skilled, honest, caring, and answers all questions. In this day and age, when many dentists are trying to up-sell unneeded services, she is true and ethical to her patients. I am always pleased with the service and courtesy shown at River Trails Denistry.

This dentist is very condescending and rude to her patients. You don't feel you are there to get a procedure or exam - you are made to feel like cattle and treated with disrespect. She gives the impression that you are just there to go along with whatever treatment she decides for you and provides absolutely NO understanding for her patient's concerns at all. I am not sure why this dentist went into practice, but it certainly wasn't to care for anyone other than herself.
