This was my first visit to Universal Smiles. And I had read some good reviews. I see why Dr Steib was given a “5 star” rating! I felt very comfortable during the e-rays and exam. Everything was explained to me up front. I was told what my insurance company would pay. I was not able to start my work today; but I will be returning very soon!!

Good communication about treatment and cost. No surprises. I do not have dental insurance at the moment so this dental office is not only a place I like to come to because they create a caring friendly environment, clean, and bright smiles. Everything was what you would want from a dental experience, super friendly staff and very comfortable. First time patient as we are moving from another dental office and was super impressed. The place to go for cleaning or more advanced care.

Great experience as always! Helpful hint, reiterate to the staff the importance of proper glove usage and sanitary practices.

Dr. Steib and all the Universal Smiles team were excellent with my baby for his first visit. While my husband, stepdaughter and I have been going for years, this was 11 months old’s first. We were running late and the office staff still treated us with care and saw us right away. And Dr. Steib had no problem with our tears. :)

I want to start out by saying I have lived in 7 different cities in the last 10 years and have had to find dentists all over . I have 13 fillings so I have had my fair share of work done. This is one of the few places that I have not left in pain after cleanings, and the numbing injection during my recent crown work wad the most painless experience I have had. Not only that, they were extremely accommodating to get me in the same day that I needed a crown adjustment. Great job all around and I would recommend them for sure

Dr Steib is the best most patient dentist ever! She takes her time with me and also my four children. I will always go to her for our dental needs.

Dr. Steib & Staff were AMAZING. I'm from Mississippi and was referred to Dr. Steib. The hospitality shown by the ENTIRE STAFF made me feel at hone. Love the mannerism & professional courtesy extended during my first visits. The service was above what I expected and everyone there prromotes healthy teeth, Definitely a plus for me. Dr Steib and her staff are phenomenal. I have had the pleasure to have them take care of my teeth. Everything they do there is amazing. Dr. Stein is knowledgeable and friendly. A master at her craft who is very someone you can trust. She is gentle and caring. Dr. Steibs husband Dr. Griffin also practices there and is very good as well. You will be in great hands when you become one of their patients. In actuality you become a member of their family, because that is how the practice treats their patients as if one of their own. They have two amazing dental assistants Tasha and Michelle. Michelle is also the office manager. Their dental hygienist named Sheila is wonderful as well. Never had I've been in such great hands, and everytime I get a cleaning it does not hurt. If you have had fears of dental offices, you have nothing to worry about here. Every member here will treat you like family and I look forward to going to all of my appointments. Dr. Steib and her staff are A+++
