My wife came to your office in pain. Your office person took all her info, got back with us stating that your office was part of our Insurance’s network and we owed an exact amount for the root canal which we paid in full up front. Then after the procedure we were informed oops our bad you are not in network. The office manager even told me verbally that had happen to another person while she away. This seems like a very dishonest business practice to me!!!!
