She is not licensed to remove a child’s tooth
Went in with both children one needs an extraction the other fillings. We were told by her the dentist that she is not licensed to give anything but volume. She doesn’t need to be a dentist in a small town.

Bad experience
As a dentist she is thorough and attentive. The office management on the other hand is a fail. During a recent procedure the attending assistant was extremely inattentive, I continually had to ask for rinse and clean up when I was clearly in need of attention. Also -their failure to abide by my insurance coverage left me with a procedure that was not covered and a $1200 bill. After filing a rebuttal with my ins. carrier I found out the dental office never corresponded with them on the procedure. One simple query would have changed everything. Although she did give me a couple hundred dollar break on the bill, there will be no further visits with Ms. Pak's office!

She is one of the most compassionate, gentle dentist in Dover she genuinely cares about your dental health, her team is top notch I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation!
