Dr. Ettienne Van Zyl, DDS

After being diagnosed by another Dentist as needing a root canal, I was referred to a specialist for further evaluation. Dr. van Zyl had been highly recommended to me so I gave his office a call. I found out that unlike come dentists, he does root canal treatments. However, by listening carefully to my symptoms and then analyzing my bite, he determined that my tooth was simply traumatized due to pressure. I was NOT in need of a root canal after all. He treated that situation with a simple procedure and the problem is solved. I felt so comfortable under his care, which started with his talented and kind assistant. Moving forward, Dr. van Zyl will be my dentist!

Dr.Van Zyl is very professional and a great dentist. I had been in pain from TMJ for 10 yrs. I went to him because I had researched TMJ treatment online that I wanted to have done, As I was searching for dentist that did this procedure, I found Dr Van Zyl. It was he best decision I have ever made. The entire process for me took just a-little over a year. I found relief within months and now I am completely pain free. Best Dentist ever!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this office. Always a pleasure getting any work done. From X-rays to teeth cleaning, always a great experience! If you are afraid of dentist, try this office! They don’t bite and they don’t hurt! Two thumbs up just isn’t enough! ????...

Dr Pettey has taken over from Dr Van Zyl . Dr Pettey is an excellent dentist . I highly recommend using Dr Pettey and Halle Park Dentistry .
