Dr. Eugene Silvertooth, DDS

He is a great dentist and a nice man. The hygienists are very good also. However, I cannot say the same regarding the office staff and the scheduling process. God forbid you have to reschedule an appointment, they won't fit you in for another 6 months, which means it's been a year since a cleaning. They 'supposedly' have a list you can be on to take a cancelled appointment, but the staff told me I would have to call in daily to ask about that. Turns out that was incorrect. Hate having to leave a dentist I really like due to these other factors.

So far today, I've been hung up on 4 times, called a horrible! name, called 'sweetie' in a demeaning manner, refused to be allowed to speak to a dentist regarding care that was done and more care recommended, refused to be allowed to speak to a manager. This is the most unprofessional group of office people I've ever dealt with in my life! From the beginning, this office has not done the bare minimum in patient care. They were asked to provide an approximate cost to services before starting work and letting us know what insurance would cover. Instead, they started work and left us with hundreds of dollars in bills, not covered by insurance. Then when I call about it, I'm treated so abominably that I was left in tears. And I still don't have my questions answered or any resolution. I do not recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Silvertooth for several years now and he is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. Very friendly and kind, reassuring, explains everything well and listens. You never feel like your appointment is rushed or they are tryign to get you out of there and on to the next patient. He is wonderful and I would highly recommend him to everyone, especially if you are afraid of or very nervous around dentist, he will put you at ease and make the experience far more bearable.
