Wow- the worst dentistry I’ve ever associated with, hands down! Rude, better-than-you attitudes from the staff to say the least. And look at all of these horrible reviews for you, Abingdon Pediatric Dentistry! You have the chance to apologize to your patients but don’t? Instead, just like in person, you are condescending and heartless in how you treat people. I would be ashamed. But it’s hard to have feelings isn’t it -when you don’t care at all. All you wanted from me was money— and for me to agree to let you all put my kids to sleep without explaining anything and for them to have tons of unnecessary work done! The male manager who is the dentist’s husband basically threw papers at me without explaining a single thing and wanted me to sign off on everything! I was shocked but realized what was going on and said I’ll have to think about it. Then he became more hateful- And the receptionist, oh my goodness, is the rudest person I’ve ever met! How are they still in business?!

Horrible experience. The office staff are extremely rude and snotty . And treat and talk to you horribly . Please don’t take your children to these people or this dentist . I find it weird they won’t allow the parents to go back with the child. You have no idea what they could be doing or how they are treating your child.

Called to schedule my daughter for an appt and was told that I would get one more chance to bring her in due to rescheduling 3 appointments. I am a medical professional and see patients on my schedule as well and can certainly say that all of those appointments were rescheduled by her office staff who is also rude and have dreary looks on their faces when you go in. Not a good atmosphere for my child. So I didn't reschedule and found another local family dentistry. So much more happier!
