I would leave a zero if possible. I would have ignored that she arrived to the dental office an hour late but she gave me such a fast, slapdash, and desultory cleaning (to make up time?) that I'm not convinced that my teeth were actually cleaned. It was easily the worse cleaning I've ever had. In addition, during the cleaning she used the opportunity to go on and on, selling me on Invisialign, despite the fact that I had already clearly told her that I was not interested.
