Great visit as always. The entire staff is competent, client oriented and welcoming. Service is excellent there. I'd say they are the chick-fil-A of pediatric dentistry.

Very clean office. The staff are so nice & friendly. I absolutely trust in the doctors. My kids have been going to see Dr Bates since they were babies.

I have a daughter who has special needs she is 5 years old and dr. Bates is so patient and so kind and so loving and the appointment goes by extremely fast she gets you in In-N-Out she answers all your questions very clean and friendly environment

Dr. Bates is very knowledge and TRULY cares about oral care. She has an awesome spirit - one that my son could pick up on. The staff at the office were very professional and exemplified excellent customer service. Thank you Dr. Bates and staff!
