Major pain; She did give me a prescription for Clearing up the infection; No pain meds; A lot to be desired for this group of dentists. Never again !!

I have been a patient for 15 years. She managed to keep all my teeth in . Very pleased!

Sunday, After dr Farah did an extraction, bone graft and stitches she informed me they don’t prescribe any narcotics. I had to go straight to emergency room for pain relief. She advised me to go to my primary care doctor. My pain got worse the next two days. hi tech dental refused to have anyone help me, said they can’t get me in until Saturday. Wednesday, I called and said the pain was unbearable, and I was having a reaction to the antibiotic, it wasn’t working (keflex) not only now was I not being managed for main but now being refused to have someone help me with another antibiotic when I have an immune deficiency, risking my life. Also forcing me to an ER during a pandemic. ER trip last night to get IV antibiotics and pain medicine. Today was even worse pain and swelling. Finally found an emergency dentist willing to take the risk of liability to see me. It was dry socket but worse and bone exposed. I’m filing a complaint with her dental board for negligence/abuse.

Dr. Divanbeigi is a caring, friendly dentist who always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. She doesn't rush me, like some of the chain dentist offices do. She takes her time, explains everything, and never makes me feel like just another customer.
