The doctor's bedside manner is severely lacking, and the overall customer service experience is quite disappointing. Beyond a noticeable lack of competence, Dr. Yaga was notably inaccessible for follow-up questions or further discussions. It seemed her availability was primarily focused on the initial consultation and the payment process, rather than ongoing patient care and support.

Dr Faranak is an amazing and caring dentist I have ever had , she goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are in good care. We live in Florida and always go to New Jersey to her office. We’ve known her more than 15 years.

I met Dr. Yago many years ago after I had some traumatic dental experiences-she made me feel at ease. I know I can trust what she says. She will make sure you are never in pain-even her novocaine shots are painless! She is really smart & also has a good sense of humor. She really cares about her patients & has called made from vacation to talk to me when I had pain- she has opened her office for me when it was closed. Her office is clean & very cozy. She takes her time with you. Really love her!

She is extremely knowledgeable and extremely gentle . The office is beautiful and very clean. Best thing about the office is you get seen right away. Most pleasant experience in a dental office. I highly recommend doctor Yago.
