very dishonest greedy dentist. Dr. Farhad Shafa after been my dentist for over 3 years he suddenly disappeared and moved to a new location without notifying me of his new address and phone number. Since his office phone was suddenly disconnected without a forwarding number, I went to his office located on South Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles and was very surprised to see a posted Eviction notice by court on his office door. I was informed by his next door physician office that he was evicted from his office due to non payment of rent for almost 2 years. I trusted him as my dentist based on prior dental treatment and I had paid him in advance for a new implant and crown which he never did and kept on postponing it. After extensive online research, I finally located his new office and phone number on West Pico Blvd. He refused to refund my money and also canceled my online appointment at his new office. He has been avoiding me since then by not returning my phone calls and texts.
