Dr. Fayezeh Hazrati, DDS

Nice dentist but expensive.

Going to Dr. Hazrati's office at Gentle Dental (not her own office in Tustin) is a poor choice. My temporary bridge fell off a total of at least 6 times in 2 weeks (sometimes as many as 2 in one day; bits and pieces fell of in my mouth as well); the permanent one had to be redone 3 times! But the office manager was the worst. I am now still waiting for a correct invoice due to a refund that I am supposed to get 2 mos. ago. This has caused me a lot of headache with insurance and credit card.

For starters, I am a maniacal about my teeth, its been an obsession I've had my entire life and it hasn't sub-sided an iota. Every year like clock work, until the ability to so fell on to my plate financially. The stress of not having them down led me to by complete happenstance, in Dr. Haz's chair, a great place to be. I have to say this woman is special, I mean that quite literally. She LISTENS EVEN WHEN WE ARE NEROUS WRECKS. Won't find better....

Bottom line ....there really isn't a question about if you should make an appt. With dr. Faye but instead when you should. Professional, yet human and empathetic Dr. Faye made me feel very secure and not ashamed of the car accident that once was in my mouth. Instead she constantly encouraged me and assured me that I was exactly where I was supposed to be and I was going to be more healthier and look great. She was right. The end result a monumental difference..a game changer ultimately.
