Dr. Osman is fantastic BUT NOT the receptionist
Dr. Osman is fantastic! I love this dentist ! He is so fun and personable and all staff that helps him during teeth procedure ! BUT THE RECEPTIONIST, Anne Marie …. She needs to go ! She is horrible and no customer service professionalism at all ! VERY BAD BUSINESS to have her up front !!!!! I will give Dr. Osman 10 stars and ZERO STAR for Anne Marie !

Dr Osman is very nice, but his receptionist Anne Marie is very rude. So rude in fact, I will not be going in again. She needs to be replaced. It’s a real shame to have one employee ruin the entire experience for an entire family of patients. She should be fired immediately.

Perfect!!! I have being seeing Dr. Osman for 14 years now and he and his staff have been awesome. Dr. Osman knows his stuff and I have always left his office feeling great about the visit and know the health of my teeth and mouth are in good hands. From experience, if you have an emergency, his office has taken care of my problem with the utmost urgency and got me all fixed up. I live in Tampa, Florida and schedule my appointments when I am traveling and in Richmond. His staff treats me like family. It is great to be a patient of Dr. Osman!!!!
