Dr. Fernando Gutierrez, DDS

I've been a patient at Palm Dental Care for over a year and generally had positive experiences--until my recent visit with Dr. Fernando Gutierrez on August 15th. The procedure, meant to address gum recession, was the worst medical experience I've ever had. Dr. Gutierrez was inattentive, unempathetic, and rushed, more concerned with his next appointment than my comfort or care. Despite my discomfort and pain, his response was to tell me to 'relax,' with no effort to alleviate the situation. I left the office feeling physically injured and deeply disappointed.I regret to say that this experience has severely tarnished my view of the clinic. While the staff was pleasant and professional, Dr. Gutierrez's behavior was anything but. Based on other reviews and feedback from the front desk, this may not be an isolated incident.I also hope my feedback can help you improve your bedside manners and help your patients speak up when they feel they are not being treated as they should.

II lost a Crown and went to a recommended dentist, I was told many things among that I needed another root canal, that I had an ongoing infection and a long list adding a huge amount of money. Then I went to Pines Palm Dental and everything was so different. The personnel is kind and helpful, Dr Sandra Oilar took care of me, and after a very detailed exam, explained everything and her diagnose was totally different, she put all her effort to save my tooth, which she did, and now I have my new Crown. And the infection I was told was the cause of my problem, never existed. I am so grateful to them, they are very professional and kind and definitely highly recommend them

I usually hate going to the dentist, because they always seem to hurt me BUT Dr.Gutierrez is THEE best dentist I HAVE EVER been to!! The 4 tines I've gone to him to get work done I didn't feel any pain!! I will NEVER change dentist's again!! Thank u Dr.Gutierrez
